North Carolinian Bil Dwyer was a nationally famous syndicated comic strip artist, a magazine cartoonist, a well-known watercolor artist, author and promoter of three art correspondence courses, Disney story writer, importer, inventor, publisher, and farmer. Dwyer was indeed an unusual man with the blaze of creative fire reflecting across just about everything he did.
